Squash - Yellow Zucchini Seedling

Golden Zucchini is exactly what it sounds like: a bright yellow version of the classic zucchini. It has the same easy growing habit and high productivity you'd expect, but the golden color makes it pop in the garden and on the plate. The flavor is mild and slightly sweeter than green zucchini. Seeds came from a Sweet Yards organic seed pack.

These seedlings are healthy and ready to go. Golden Zucchini is a bush type plant that matures in around 50 to 55 days. It does best in full sun with consistent watering. Like all summer squash, you want to harvest regularly to keep the plant producing. Pick them at 6 to 8 inches for the best eating quality. They're versatile in the kitchen and look especially nice in dishes where you want some color contrast alongside green varieties.
